Embrace

Supporting you and your family every step of the way

“Your website is the only one I’ve found that deals with the practical and emotional aspects.
Everything else is government and Medicaid/Medicare – they offer nothing other than the cold facts
of caring for a human being with a progressive, humiliating illness.
I intend you visit our site often looking for insight and hope.”

We’re Betty’s Love.  We get it. So, we wade with you through your journey AND

We of Betty’s Love share your journey.  We’ve lived it for more than 30 years as daughters, relatives, friends of people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cognitive impairment.  We get it. Read more about Betty’s Three Steps we recommend your family takes first.

We understand that Alzheimer’s and dementia can be heartbreaking, frightening, infuriating, exhausting, financially burdensome, and devastating – challenging in, perhaps, infinite ways – and that ours is a long good-bye … AND (not “but”) we also believe – Betty’s Love Families prove every dayThere is so much we CAN do and so much JOY ahead!

So, Betty’s Love knows the support you need – and your families, friends, caregivers, and communities.  We meet in weekly in person, in our free Embrace Support Group – and Embrace works by phone and Skype, too.  We provide Respite-with-Love – time and place and opportunity for you to relax, recover, re-energize.  We ensure you learn what to do, why, and how to and practice Care-with-Love for yourself!

As a Betty’s Love Family or Guest you will be embraced in Betty’s Love:
